Services for Therapists
I am an EMDRIA-approved Consultant in Training (CIT) and am offering EMDR consultations for therapists working towards EMDR certification. As a CIT, I am able to offer 15 out of 20 of your required hours towards certification. Please note that you also will need an additional 5 hours of consultation from an approved consultant for certification. While I am a CIT, consultations are discounted at the rate of $75/consultation.
Are you feeling stuck on some of your clients, or like therapy isn’t making the progress you’d like? I offer consultations for therapists who are looking for ongoing professional development or need help with specific clinical cases. My areas of expertise for consultation includes: complex trauma, dissociative disorders, anxiety/panic disorders, OCD, family estrangement issues, grief and loss, and chronic/terminal illness. This is not meant to take the place of required supervision for associates and students. Regular consultations are priced at $75/hour.
I care a lot about building community and doing what’s best for our clients! The following services are always free: care coordinating on behalf of current clients, providing recommendations about EMDR advancement opportunities, and answering quick questions over email or phone for those who I currently have a professional relationship with. “Quick questions” are defined as things I can respond to within 15 minutes or less.
What about if I need to find an EMDR Basic Training?
I am a Facilitator in Training (FIT), working towards being able to offer EMDR basic trainings. I will be co-facilitating an in-person EMDR basic training Fall 2026. The primary trainer for this experience will be Dr. Crystal Wildes. Details regarding the dates are below:
Part 1: October 2-4, 2026 in Lynnwood, WA
Part 2: November 13-15, 2026 in Lynnwood, WA

Scheduling Professional Consultations
Availability: I currently have availability for EMDR consultees and other professionals who are seeking consultations!
First time Scheduling: For our first consultation, please reach out to me via phone or email to find a time that works for us. I will let you know what openings I have available. I typically schedule professional consultations during client cancellation spots and on Fridays.
Additional Consultations: After your first consultation with me, you will have access to an online portal where you can schedule follow up consultations at your preferred frequency or as needed. If you’d like regular consultations, and if I have availability, we can also find a regular time (i.e. every 4 weeks) to put on the calendar.
